Incredible experience filled with friendly staff and tasty breakfast! Loved the warm atmosphere and cleanliness.

The front desk staff can be unapproachable and unhelpful, as I experienced issues with double charging during check-in. Despite these frustrations, the property itself is in a good location, and the breakfast featured impressive home-made local products. The unfriendly treatment left a negative impression, particularly concerning my family, who were not welcomed well. While this visit had its highlights, the overall experience was marred by poor service at the hotel.

We had a really nice stay despite a couple of hiccups. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, and the overall cleanliness of the room was impressive. However, the pool was actually a bit dirty, which was disappointing.

Great location close to attractions made it easy to explore Houston. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially Rosie during breakfast. she brightened our mornings. The fluffy pillows added comfort to our sleep, making the bed feel indulgent. However, some noise from the hallway disrupted our rest at night, and the lighting in the room felt too harsh and uninviting. The breakfast options were decent, but variety could improve the experience, especially on busy mornings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but noticed needs for improvements in soundproofing and breakfast selection.

The hotel was quite modern and very clean, which I appreciated. However, there was an unexpected mix-up with my reservation and the staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive. Noise from other guests became disruptive at times, yet the staff maintained friendliness throughout my visit.

The King Room was clean and well-designed, which I appreciated. But the bed wasn’t as comfy as I’d hoped, and there was some leak noise coming from the wall. Not a huge fan of the lighting either. it felt too harsh.

Clean room, friendly staff, equipped with free parking, making it easy to explore the city without hassle, and a nice complimentary breakfast to kickstart the day.

Had a great stay with comfy beds and solid pressure in the shower. Felt safe with a security guard onsite.
